Say hello to Thomas - he's Director/ Principal of Hathaway Real Estate and is another client I've had the pleasure of working with this year.
Thomas started his real estate career in 2008, and obtained his Diploma in Property to become a fully licensed real estate agent in 2010.
With an inexorable passion for what he does, Thomas strives to stay ahead of the game with his market knowledge. His expertise has grown over the years to become an experienced agent in all aspects of real estate industry, particularly property management, marketing and accounting.
As with everyone in this series, I asked Thomas a couple of questions about this year...
What are you focusing on for the rest of 2020/early 2021?
We've had a great year on year at Hathaway Real Estate and we look to expand and grow further next year. A lot of new and exciting changes are coming to the business after four years of operation with an incredible new office, fit out and branding!
What's one thing you have learnt from this year?
We never really needed to change much of our processes for Covid-19 as we were already in the online space. However, when the new laws came in, we did need to adjust our property showing procedures due to the limit on prospective tenants. I think the real estate software providers also helped us immensely with tenant screening too! One thing we must do next year is expand on our unique selling points and how Hathaway Real Estate continues to be different...
